  • The Hunger Games: Fearless but flowing and vulnerable, powerful but feminine, I wanted thg’s dress to walk the same line the book does; between sacrifice and bravery and fear and tender.
  • Catching Fire: Frilly, trying to appease, but the sharp curving epaulets at the shoulders and hips refuses to relinquish power. 
  • Mockinjay: Militaristic and futuristic, utilitarian but still daring. Unafraid of convention but not entirely in step with the dissent. But always moving forward.
